Travoticket will hold no responsibility over a flight cancellation for some extreme conditions such as national emergencies, technical glitches, deteriorated climatic conditions, etc.

For any cancellations, amendments in the existing bookings will carry additional charges. Various factors, such as the date of booking, cancellation, etc., of a flight will determine the fees.

Use of our Site

We hold no responsibility over setting up or determining the price list, ticket cost, description of any product or service, charges, etc. However, the confirmation of your reservation will always be given by the main travel agencies or agents.

Payments

• This window will reflect all the information related to payment, for example, charges, fines, taxes, etc. So, consider them;
• Visa and Mastercard Debit/Credit cards are permitted for transitions with Travoticket.
• You have no need to incur separate “Tax Recovery Charges.” These are Sales Tax, GST, Occupancy Tax, etc.
• The amount that is displayed during the final booking process will include all the charges or tariffs.
• No retrospective rule or amendment made in tax rules will be applicable to your existing bookings.
• If there is any City tax, county tax, etc., that takes place in your bookings, you need to incur it to confirm the reservation.
• We hold no authority over controlling or fixing the costs of the services. Hence, they are determined by the main service providers.

Adjustments

The approval of the main travel supplier is required to make any modifications to your existing reservations;

• If you meet the minimum requirement of the concerned airline, a refund is processed.
• If you do not make a complete payment, your reservations will be canceled. No initial offers, for example, food and drinks, upgrades, etc., will be given.

We may or may not impose an administration fee, which is exceptional to the total booking amount.

Waiver

You get authorization by giving assent to our Terms and Conditions to waive a claim against us or our travel partners. Given that our subsidiaries, travel partners, agents, managers, directors, employees, officers, contractors, and employees, including us, Travoticket, hold no responsibility for:

• any existence of dual bookings and cancellations.

Release

If there is any dispute with any of our travel suppliers, affiliates, operators, and consolidators, you must release us directors, insurance providers, employees, activities operator, and their employees officers, managers, demand, and damages of any kind related to the concerning dispute.

Prohibited activities.

You have to follow some set of rules that will cut down the scope of flowing any fraud or false information;

• Make a legitimate reservation for yourself and for the one for whom you are legally authorized.
• Never use external threats such as Malware, spyware, bots, spyder, etc.
